Six disciplines.
One accountable team.
Strategy, design, engineering and operations under one roof — so nothing gets lost between vendors and one team owns the outcome from first workshop to production.
Custom Software Development
Business systems built around how your team actually works.
02Web Platforms & Applications
Fast, accessible web apps and marketing sites that scale.
03Mobile App Development
Native-quality iOS and Android apps from one focused team.
04Product Design & UX
Research-led UX and interface design that removes friction.
05Cloud & DevOps
Secure, observable infrastructure that deploys on every merge.
06AI & Data Engineering
Practical AI, automation and analytics grounded in your data.
Built for operations
that can't stop.
Logistics, healthcare, financial services and energy — sectors where software has to be reliable, secure and easy to use under pressure.

Replacing whiteboards and phone calls with a real-time dispatch platform

A patient scheduling and intake portal for a multi-location practice

A modern member banking app for a community credit union

AI-assisted document review for an energy services firm
A process built on
evidence, not guesswork.
Every engagement follows the same disciplined path. You see working software every two weeks and always know what's done, what's next and what it costs.
Discover
Interviews, workflow mapping and a tested prototype. You get a scope, technical plan and fixed quote.
2 weeksDesign
User flows, interface design and a design system validated with real users before build.
2–6 weeksBuild
Two-week sprints with a working demo every time. Code review, automated tests and CI on every change.
6–20 weeksLaunch & run
Staged rollout, training and handover — then monitoring, security updates and improvements.
Ongoing
Senior people. Plain answers. Software you own.
We keep teams small and senior on purpose. The people in your kickoff meeting are the people who design and write your software.
- 01Senior-led delivery
Every project is run by an experienced lead engineer and a US-based project manager.
- 02Transparent by default
Shared backlog, weekly written updates and a live demo every sprint. No black boxes.
- 03Engineered to last
Typed code, automated tests, documentation and infrastructure as code on every project.
- 04No lock-in
You own the code, accounts and documentation from day one. Stay because it works, not because you're stuck.
Clear pricing.
Predictable delivery.
Start small with a fixed-price discovery, build in fixed-scope phases, or embed a dedicated team. Every model includes full code ownership.

Practical writing on planning, budgeting and running software projects — useful whether you work with us or not.

How to scope a software project without guessing
A practical framework for turning a big idea into a budget and timeline you can trust.

Fixed price vs. time & materials: choosing the right contract
Each model protects you from a different risk. Here's how to pick — and when to combine them.

What a two-week discovery sprint actually delivers
Why we start almost every engagement with a short, fixed-price discovery — and what you walk away with.
Before you ask.
Straight answers to what clients ask us most. Anything else — just email us.
How much does a typical project cost?
Most first releases fall between $18,000 and $90,000 depending on scope, integrations and platforms. Our fixed-price Discovery Sprint ($4,800) produces an accurate quote before you commit to a build. See the pricing page for our engagement models.
How long does it take to get started?
We can usually begin a Discovery Sprint within one to two weeks of signing. Build phases are scheduled once discovery is complete.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do — 100%, from the first commit. Code lives in repositories under your organization, and all designs, documentation and credentials are handed over.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you share any confidential details.
Where is your team located?
CODECRAFT LLC is based in New Mexico. Our team works across US time zones with core hours overlapping Mountain Time, and every project has a US-based project lead.
