What affects the cost of a build?
The number of user roles and workflows, integrations with other systems, platforms (web, iOS, Android), compliance requirements and how much existing design or code we can build on.
How do payments work?
Fixed-scope phases are typically invoiced 40% at kickoff, 40% at mid-point and 20% at launch. Dedicated teams and Care plans are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices can be paid online by card or ACH.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Quotes include project management, QA, code review and documentation. Third-party costs such as cloud hosting or licensed software are billed at cost or directly to your accounts, and are always listed up front.
