Replacing whiteboards and phone calls with a real-time dispatch platform
A web dispatch console and offline-first driver app that gave a growing carrier live visibility across every load.

The challenge
Dispatch ran on a whiteboard, a shared spreadsheet and constant phone calls. Drivers called in every status change, proof-of-delivery photos arrived by text message, and billing waited days for paperwork. Growth meant hiring more dispatchers just to keep up with the calls.
Our approach
We spent the first two weeks in discovery with dispatchers, drivers and the billing team, mapping each hand-off. The plan prioritized the highest-volume task — status updates — and delivered it first, so the team felt the benefit within the first month.
The solution
A dispatch console shows every load on a live board with drag-and-drop assignment, ETA tracking and exception alerts. Drivers use an offline-first mobile app to accept loads, update status, capture signatures and photos, and sync automatically when they regain signal. Completed deliveries flow straight into the accounting system for invoicing.
